Responsibilities
- Process and prepare shipments: Accurately pick, pack, and label products for delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Operate Equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to create a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and spot errors.
- Valid Driver’s License: (Preferred) for local delivery tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available for overtime shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
