Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking, packing, and quality control.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
