Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using remote warehouse systems.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
