Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using RF scanners.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, ensuring aisles are clear and inventory is easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
