Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, scan, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pick and pack customer orders quickly and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for some roles).
