Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock efficiently to reduce downtime.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Immediate Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work flexible shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license or government-issued ID required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
