Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers, trucks, and railcars safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (but not required for entry-level roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
