Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and organized shipping and receiving area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
