Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory counts and manage stock placement with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery to ensure damage-free transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
