Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage zones and FIFO compliance
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment
- Audit warehouse safety protocols and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
