Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate warehouse records through digital inventory systems
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipment according to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Uphold 5S principles for a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
