Job Summary:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving products and preparing them for shipment to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
