Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, damages, and correct quantities before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper pallet stacking and security.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
