Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels
- Prepare shipments for transport by labeling, boxing, and securing items
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Punctual with reliable transportation to Arlington facility
