Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and logistics platforms
- Manage order processing, documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms), and compliance
- Optimize transportation routes while minimizing costs and delivery times
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit disruptions
- Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
