Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and yard
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks with proper weight distribution and securement
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and documentation protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
