Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner, adhering to shipping schedules.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment for maintenance needs before use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse space.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Perform basic cleaning duties in the warehouse and break areas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Good vision (corrective lenses acceptable) and ability to distinguish colors.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
