Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation (FIFO) efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
