Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organize stock in the warehouse and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as requested by management.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
