Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying inventory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
