Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping areas.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any mechanical problems to management.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately count, verify, and record inventory data using scanners or manual logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
