Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update warehouse management systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and pallets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and hazard reporting.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
