Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper tagging of stock.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to organize warehouse storage and optimize workflow.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including sweeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
