Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Manage inventory and assist with cycle counting
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Document activities and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
