Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately, ensuring cargo security and organization.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Organize inventory, restock shelves, and maintain accurate stock counts using inventory management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
