Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Forklifts: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage products accurately for shipping and receiving.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
