Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict adherence to OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B).
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts if necessary.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory logging.
