Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach truck, cherry picker) safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets following strict safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including wearing required PPE.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (CP, LF, RF, or similar).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
