Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Load & Unload: Load, unload, and stage materials and products for shipping or storage areas.
- Safety Inspections: Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of the forklift and facility.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory checks and ensure accurate placement of stock.
- Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Training: Willingness to learn and undergo forklift certification training.
- Physical Ability: Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic Skills: Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
