Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the correct handling of goods to prevent damage during storage and transit.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by logging stock movements and quantities.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading labels.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
