Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials to and from the warehouse.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to maximize space and ensure accessibility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Follow standard operating procedures to minimize damage to products and equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
