Job Description

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict safety compliance.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently to meet daily throughput goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Assist in training new hires on safety protocols and job duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
