Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to handle inventory, pick and pack orders, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain a clutter-free facility.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanliness checks.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
