Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain precise stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Pack and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory status and order fulfillment.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming freight shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
