Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Prepare pallets and stretch-wrap cargo securely for transit to prevent damage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status and log orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
