Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety issues and perform minor maintenance as required.
- Organize, stack, and tag products according to safety protocols and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper disposal of waste and debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CPD, OSHA 10, or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
