Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks on the warehouse floor.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
