Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in WMS systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to track inbound/outbound stock
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Audit warehouse storage systems for compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
