As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate, pick, and pack merchandise according to customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Update inventory records accurately using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
