Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed using handheld RF scanners.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and quality before packaging items for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts, following all safety protocols.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
