Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and pack them securely for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure inventory is organized and easily accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand-held scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Staging & Labeling: Properly label packages, apply shipping labels, and stage orders for courier pickup.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read pick lists, identify barcodes, and ensure order accuracy.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for inventory checks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not always required.
