Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect all products for quality and ensure packaging meets strict standards.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory against picking tickets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
