Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on digital pick lists.
- Pack items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe transit.
- Operate handheld scanners to verify inventory and maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for quality assurance prior to packaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick lists.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
