Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves accurately using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move stock efficiently.
- Process returns and verify inventory counts during cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
