Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Handle physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety.
- Must be available for full-time, night, or weekend shifts as required.
