Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare customer orders from the warehouse inventory using RF scanners or picking lists.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize picking errors.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading order details.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
