As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or defects.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
