Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from shelves or inventory using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery, labeling boxes according to shipping standards.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
