Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets and orders.
- Package items securely to ensure safe transport and prevent damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Label and sort packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail picking and packing is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
