Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and verify item codes.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcode labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently and safely according to weight limits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
